I agree that it doen't seem to be depository, as it doesn't seem to be a GPO imprint. But how ironic is it that a mystery writer authored a fugitive federal document? There are a lot of other "big names" out there, though. The only one that leaps .....

    Are you refering to the needs & offers process, or the disposal process? They are not one and the same. As a regional, we have a disposal process. I sometimes see material listed in that process that our library does not need, but I recognize .....
