As part of the Cataloging Record Distribution Program, GPO wants to know what you think about the program and how it’s working for your library.

So far, we have received 23 responses from participating libraries. If you have not already done so, please take a few minutes to fill out our brief survey on the program. The survey will be available through Wednesday, May 9, 2012.

Please note: The survey will only allow you to fill it out in one sitting. You cannot go back and change your answers once the survey has been submitted. If you find that you need to change your answers, please re-take the survey, and let me know that you submitted a re-take.
